I’m Latavia “Tae” Spencer, the heart behind UpNext Movement. I’m not just talking about change—I’m outside making it happen every day for the kids.

I started UpNext Movement because I saw what was missing… guidance, opportunity, and people who actually show up. Where I’m from, a lot of kids just need somebody in their corner—and I decided to be that somebody.

This isn’t just a program to me—it’s personal.

I believe every kid deserves a chance to feel seen, supported, and inspired to be more. Through events, mentorship, and real community connection, I’m building a movement that gives kids something to look forward to—and something to grow into.

We’re not waiting on opportunities… we’re creating them.
